Exemption from liability – Unpacked goods

Transport conditions Alltrans 2007 does not include unpacked goods / defective packaged goods.
With this exemption of liability, I hereby waive all liability for damage that may arise in connection with the transport as a result of this.
Choose between a permanent exemption of liability or by special order.
