On May 25, 2018, the GDPR was effective, or the data protection reform as it is called in Sweden. It has replaced the Personal Information Act (PUL). The introduction of GDPR means that all companies, organizations and authorities as of May 25 must change the way they handle personal data. The law comes from an EU directive, which means that it will apply in all EU countries.
The basic idea behind the new law is that consent will be required before your personal information is handled or saved.
Here you can read more about how we work to meet the data protection reform requirements.
